Thank you for visiting Better Bitcoin Bureau ("Better Bitcoin Bureau LLC," "Better Bitcoin Bureau," "we," "us," or "our"). Better Bitcoin Bureau LLC owns, operates, and manages this website (the "Site"). Better Bitcoin Bureau is an invite-only, curated database platform connecting serious Bitcoin investors with vetted Bitcoin-native companies. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein. We may make changes to the Site, these Terms of Use, or the policies and conditions that govern the use of the Site from time to time whenever we deem appropriate. We encourage you to review the Site and these terms periodically for any updates or changes. Your continued access or use of the Site shall be deemed your acceptance of any changes and the reasonable acceptance of these standards for notice of changes.

The section titles in these Terms of Use are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY AS IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. THESE TERMS OF USE CONTAIN AN AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE THAT REQUIRES THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES RATHER THAN JURY OR ANY OTHER COURT PROCEEDINGS, OR CLASS ACTIONS OF ANY KIND.

Privacy

At Better Bitcoin Bureau, we respect your privacy and act in accordance with relevant state and federal law. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Electronic Communications

When you visit the Site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Site. You consent that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Account Obligations

In consideration of your use of the Site, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as required by any registration, application, or profile form (the "Account Information") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Account Information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that said information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current and future use of the Site. Account Information and certain other information about you are subject to our Privacy Policy.

Platform Description and Membership

Better Bitcoin Bureau is a curated, invite-only database platform. Participation is subject to application and vetting at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for any reason. Membership in the platform does not confer any ownership interest, equity, or governance rights in Better Bitcoin Bureau or any affiliated entity.

Investor access to the database is currently offered at no cost. Company access may require a paid subscription, the terms of which will be communicated at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to change pricing, access tiers, and membership terms at any time with or without notice.

Better Bitcoin Bureau does not provide investment advice, broker-dealer services, or any regulated financial services. The platform is an informational database and directory only. Any investment decisions made based on information found on the platform are made at your own risk and discretion. We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any investor, company, or transaction listed on the platform.

Your Conduct

Any conduct by you that (in our sole discretion) restricts or inhibits any other Site user from using or enjoying the Site will not be permitted. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting through the Site any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, fraudulent, infringing, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including but not limited to any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion of the Site, use of the Site, or access to the Site. You agree not to access the Site by any means other than through the interface that is provided by us for use in accessing the Site.

You agree not to scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the platform by automated means. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access the platform through your account.

In addition to all other rights available to Better Bitcoin Bureau, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your account or refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Confidentiality

Information contained in the Better Bitcoin Bureau database, including but not limited to investor profiles, company profiles, deal parameters, contact information, and thesis data, is proprietary and confidential. By accessing the platform, you agree not to disclose, distribute, or share any database information with any person or entity outside the platform without the express written consent of Better Bitcoin Bureau and the applicable party whose information is being shared.

Site Content

You acknowledge that the Site contains information, data, software, photographs, graphics, videos, text, images, typefaces, sounds, and other material (collectively "Content") that are protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media, and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed. All Content is copyrighted as a collective work under the U.S. copyright laws, and we own a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such Content. You may not modify, remove, delete, augment, add to, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part.

License and Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use and your payment of any applicable fees, Better Bitcoin Bureau grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the Site and the platform. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any Better Bitcoin Bureau service or its contents; any collection and use of any listings, descriptions, or profile data; any derivative use of any Better Bitcoin Bureau service or its contents; any downloading, copying, or other use of account information for the benefit of any third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Use are reserved and retained by Better Bitcoin Bureau. The licenses granted by Better Bitcoin Bureau terminate if you do not comply with these Terms of Use.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Better Bitcoin Bureau is an informational database platform. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree:

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE OR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DISTRIBUTING THE SITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO (i) THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE; (ii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iii) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE; OR (iv) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO BETTER BITCOIN BUREAU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00).

YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold Better Bitcoin Bureau and our affiliates, managers, directors, agents, partners, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to, or transmit through the Site, your violation of the Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BETTER BITCOIN BUREAU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BETTER BITCOIN BUREAU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE, INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SITE OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SENT FROM BETTER BITCOIN BUREAU ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, BETTER BITCOIN BUREAU WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE OR FROM ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH ANY BETTER BITCOIN BUREAU SERVICE, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING.

Our Rights

We may elect to monitor areas of the Site by electronic or other means and may disclose any Content, records, or electronic communication of any kind (i) to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request; (ii) if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate the Site; or (iii) to protect our rights or property or the rights of users or third parties. We are not responsible for screening, policing, editing, or monitoring such Content.

We may terminate your access, or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, a third party, or us.

Links to Third Party Sites

We may make available links to third-party websites. These links will let you leave the Site. The linked sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites. We provide the links to you only as a convenience. We do not endorse any such other sites or their uses or contents.

Export

The U.S. export control laws regulate the export and re-export of technology originating in the United States. This includes the electronic transmission of information and software to foreign countries and to certain foreign nationals. You agree to abide by these laws and their regulations, including but not limited to the Export Administration Act and the Arms Export Control Act, and not to transfer, by electronic transmission or otherwise, any Content derived from the Site to either a foreign national or a foreign destination in violation of such laws.

Applicable Law

We control the Site from our offices within the United States of America. We make no representation that the Content in the Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their content is illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. By using the Site, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles that would apply the laws of any other jurisdiction, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any kind that may arise between you and Better Bitcoin Bureau.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the Site, or to any products or services offered or distributed by Better Bitcoin Bureau through the Site, will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration laws apply to these Terms of Use and your use of the Site.

There is no judge or jury in arbitration and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages) and must follow the terms of these Terms of Use as a court would.

To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to Better Bitcoin Bureau at info@betterbitcoinbureau.com. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. The AAA's rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. Payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules. We will reimburse those fees, which shall not include your attorneys' fees, for claims totaling less than $10,000 (US Dollars) unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, videoconference, based on written submissions, or at another mutually agreed upon location.

We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.

Termination

These terms are effective until terminated by either party. If you no longer agree to be bound by the Terms of Use, you must cease your use of the Site. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to suspend or deny, in our sole discretion, your access to all or any portion of the Site with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Site may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and bar any further access to such files or the Site. Further, you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Site.

Copyright

All Content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Better Bitcoin Bureau or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all Content on the Site is the exclusive property of Better Bitcoin Bureau and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Trademarks

Better Bitcoin Bureau graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks or trade dress of Better Bitcoin Bureau in the U.S. and/or other countries. Better Bitcoin Bureau trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Better Bitcoin Bureau's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Better Bitcoin Bureau. All other trademarks not owned by Better Bitcoin Bureau that appear on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

Copyright/Trademark Complaints
